I expect druids and shammys are last because of race specific stuff like forms and totems. I imagine pally and something else first.

Technically they just did a lot of work towards druids this patch and recently, itâs entirely possible the forms are already in the works and their just fixing up the class before rolling it out across the races. In addition thereâs only travel, bear, cat an moonkin form needing sorting. Ocean doesnât really have unique forms they all use the generics. Moonkin also all uses the same except kul Tiran so itâs possible theyâll just roll out those models. They only need a bear, cat and travel forms to launch.
Opening druid up has been a big ask from the community forever. So it wouldnât surprise me if after warlock itâs druid. Warlock demon forms are a lot of assets and work exact of druid. So itâs possible theyâre rolling out the big stuff first so all the easy ones can be dumped out without effort.
I would have bet on druids being the last class to be released to each race but I guess it would be a good time to do it, during an emerald dream questline.

I think it is highly unlikely for druids to become available for all races. Most of the seven races that can become druids have practiced druidism in their respective cultures for centuries. The only two exceptions to this rule are the worgen, which have a natural link to a wild god due to their druidic curse, and the Kul Tirans, the Thornspeakers that are both few in number and have separated themselves from most of Kul Tiran Society.
Besides, I know for certain that Void Elves could never become druids. Any contact with the Emerald Dream that they would have would probably result in a new Emerald Nightmare. They have also committed atrocities towards wildlife and nature spirits already, infecting and controlling the ravasaur children of the Loa, Gonk, when they attacked Zandalar.
Could be next. Although from an assets point of view paladin/shaman make more sense.
Shaman have 4 totems to work through. Paladins just have the 2 mounts or maybe just one mount.
Logically I think it would be Shaman/paladin â Paladin/shaman â Druid â Evoker ( if they ever want to do that , I think they should, it sucks just playing one dracthyr evoker and not have something like nightborne evoker which I think would be fun).
Also dracthyr probably will get more classes somewhere along the line.
