tonight is something simple.
salmon spritzed with lemon juice and lemon pepper salt. Oven at 400 for 25 minutes. Packet of steam-in-bag veggies, and the last corn bread.

I try to have fish once a week,and salmon is a regular. I usually do cedar planked.
Not really, package of salmon for like $7, bag of frozen veggies and premade cornbread, and a shaker of lemon pepper salt lol.
But I also live in Maine so salmon is fairly cheap.
hence the ‘to me,’ still sounds fancy.
