wrong yet again.
ah. the pet battle music.
Specifically the part at 1:51.
Iâd fly around storm peaks and just listen to this while gathering saronite back in the day.
Another big nostalgia one for me is Molten Core, even if the raid was kind of a slog back in the day.
omg weâre going back to stormpeaks in TLT
all your human soundtracks quail before orc 4.
Raids in 2004: âBoss has 3 movesâ
Raids in 2024:
i preffer orc 2. orc 4 is too stressful. but hey, thatâs just me.
I remember in vanilla having to explain to my guild such wonderful concepts as âyou can outrange the debuffs on Lucifron if you can attack from more than 40 yardsâ.
All orc soundtracks pale before human, including in WoW.
i preffer orgrimmar. specifically, the cataclysm version of the orgrimmar theme. something about it feels like home to me.
My first raid was actually Karazhan, my orc hunter was barely 40 when TBC launched. So watching a blue geared tank getting his rear kicked by Attumen was my first raid experience.
And watching Gruul die, my first big raid, was a massive surge of adrenaline.
Although I have to say the best, most nostalgic piece of music composed by Blizzard isnât even from Warcraft.
sabetha your new name is parrot i argue with.
bless. thatâs one of the best. another (atleast, to me) is this one:

Canât beat Karazhanâs music between Moroes and Opera
Good lord Karazhan is still thematically one of the best raids in game.
