That must have been a large bourbon to other ingredients in the sauce ratio. Filling an oven with enough ignitable gas to open the whole door is kinda tricky but not impossible. Glad you’re okay. And that’s a good reminder - alcohol’s flash point is under 100 degrees, so if you put it in an oven preheated to 350, scary things can happen.
