The only character named Poppi I can think of is from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but I don't think that's what you're making a reference to.

As the beta comes to a close, the vulpera hype caravan took once last group photo with vulpera and sethrak to show our support. Thanks everyone who attended this event, and Tobias who coordinated the event.

Very clever use of in game toys, items, and various other techniques. For example, there is a Rogue glyph that makes it so whenever you pickpocket a Humanoid NPC you take on their form for 5 minutes.
