Huh. Literally the first time I've heard the name or seen this character.
Back on topic for Vulpera stuff though, somebody in the discord pointed out some rather curious lines in the Uldir raid boss descriptions:
Fetid Devourer "The experiments within Uldir conducted tests upon countless lifeforms, including several loa who inhabited the forests around Zandalar. After the experiments proved lethal, the loa's remains were disposed of improperly, much to the delight of the dark consciousness imprisoned within Uldir."
As we previously established, the Vulpera bear a resemblance to a loa mentioned in the war of the ancients. This loa, if related to the Vulpera, is notably MIA from his/her people.
Were they captured and killed by obsessive titan keepers in Uldir?
Is it possible the vulpera are the RESULTS of said experiments in Uldir?
Could we get a vulpera-themed questline in uldir that ends with them joining the horde? What secrets might Uldir hold for our favourite BFA additions?
Furries belong here as much as anybody else. It's not like beast races are anything new to Warcraft. You've been playing alongside furries since vanilla and they are much more interested in getting gear with bigger numbers than in ruining your day

I can personally vouch for this. At worse we just used to flirt with the worgan during Shadowfang Keep runs.
There is a faction of vulpera in bfa called bilge rats. Their captain is Eudora I assume is the only one shown. Pretty much the only interaction on kulātiras alliance interact with vulpera is with the hostile faction.
Well there is one in drustvar that sells interesting drinks, and kiro gives out world quests to alliance players but it awards 7th legion rep.

I am curious just how the Bilge Rats came to be, while they're not exclusively Vulpera, there are quite a number in their ranks.
A look at the races comprising the Bilge Rats shows Vulpera, Saurok, Quilboar, Hozen, Murlocs and Ettins. On the surface, these races appear to show little in common, but I believe I've spotted a common thread that may just shed some light on how this faction came to be.
All of the races listed do not have highly organized governments, meaning that any group of individuals who would prey on these races are likely not to face a large scale backlash. This makes them prime targets as Slaves.
If I were to guess, I would say a faction of human pirates got into the slave trade, and travelled the world capturing members of races too primitive to fight back. Except, I think they got a little bit too ambitious in their work and when the slaves outnumbered the taskmasters, there was a revolt. The slaves, now gifted with their newfound freedom, decided to keep up the only lives they knew by that point of pillaging and killing and targeted human settlements as retribution.
Historically, press-ganging people into service on a pirate or navy crew was rather common. At least common enough that we have a word to differentiate it from slaving or kidnapping.
I figure the Bilgerats are a combination of that, wanderlust, and simple exile.

Exile! I hadn't considered that. That would be an interesting twist.
At first I was so opposed to the idea because of how memey it would be but after reviewing the video and imagning vulpera doing it, I really really want the backup dancers dance from "What does the fox say".
