Blizzard has repeatedly said they didn't like the outcome of their only neutral race. I don't see that happening. Based off the story in the zones and the war campaigns Vulpera should go horde and Sethrak should go alliance.

It's easy to say that Vulpera will go Horde (whether they should or not is debatable however) but right now even the idea of Sethrak being playable is seeming increasingly unlikely as we near launch due to their low texture quality, lack of customization options other than skin color and a muppet face with painted-on eyes.
The fact they don't have any female counterparts isn't very encouraging either.
I just want them to add murlocs as a playable race.
I almost regret killing the human fox hunters in the plaguelands.

I encourage you to join the Vupera Hype Discorde sir. We have a sub section on Sethrak that shows all the evidence supporting that they will be playable.

The Kul'tiran kingdom is in itself a pirate-esk faction in itself despite being a very organized one (not unlike pirates of the caribbean would lead us to believe).
As strange as it would be to see humans in the horde faction but you can't have one without the other, if ones a neutral faction the other has to be, the only reason the pandaren worked so well as a single neutral race is because of the fact that they were the only race to be added in during mop and the fact that they were neutral in the first place, here we're looking at two seperate potential races both being pirate factions.

A counter to that argument though, goblins. There's goblins in the horde, but you also have merchant guild goblins scattered around, pirate goblins in Booty Bay, and the engineer goblins who are too fixated on competing with their gnomish counterparts that neither pays attention to the factions. Could end up with a situation like that where the pirate ones (and ones not wanting to join the horde) keep doing piracy while the rest join the group that came in and helped them out.

makes me sad that horde get so much great stuff!
Dont get me wrong. i play both factions. But this xpac my real life friends all wanna go alliance, and i wanna play with them.
But the more i read on this xpac...literally every aspect favors the horde.
-Horde get upright orcs finally.
-highmountain cows are amazing! and have fishing racial!
-zandalar can turn into fricking dinosaurs!
-nightborne are badass
-mahgar(spelling?) orcs look sick and make great tanks or hunters.
-VULPERA!
-Horde zones look cooler.
-capital city is a gold temple....amazing.
-horde races only need rep for factions almost everyone already has capped from questions(alliance needs argus...most players quit or didnt bother with argus grinding cause argus is literally the worse place in the entire game)
This list could go on...but lets compare to alliance...
-Reskined goats. they make slightly better paladins, but are basically the same.
-Reskined elves. void is the worst looking elf in the game, abilites are meh at best.
-Reskinned dwarves. technically dark skins are availble to regular dwarves, these just add new racials and burning hair.
-fat humans. dont know about racials yet, but there druids turn into rotting tree-creatures....
-our zone isn't terrible to be fair. but not great.
-our capital is a filthy dirty slum.
-our allied races need argus rep
As much as i wanna play with my friends...alliance has literally NO appeal this expansion. Nothing. I'm likely sticking with highmountain taurens till i get bored of not being able to play with my friends....

-Strong evidence for them going Horde
-The fact that they have animations exclusive to players in many ways
-Including a flip to their jump... NPCs don't jump
-The lack of a straight answer the first time there was a freakout, when Blizzard could have just given a straight 'no'

Vixens of War would make a great female band name.
Mostly a matter of opinion, but i'd say you're right about most things. Although I disagree that Void elfs are the worst looking elf race as I personally would give that to Nightborne and I actually really am looking forward to Kul'tirans, plus their forms are awesome, they arent dinosaur awesome... But everything else... Yea... Yea you're right. I'll probably 95% main Horde once Vulpera get here. All I need are my Belfs, my Vulpera and possibly a Sethrak and Kul'tiran.
