Who would like to sethraks as an allied race, is still alive, although less noticeable than the participants of the thread on vulperas!
Really, sethraks things are lukewarm!
Partly because there was not the same amount of data revealed about them as it was for the vulperas!
When we started to see more things, Aunt Blizz “closed the windows”!
I would like to sethraks in the alliance but would play with them even if it was in the horde.
Regrettably, that would decree the end of my days in the alliance totally.
I would have to give up this worgen, in prole of vulpera and sethrak!
I would have to start from scratch, without gold or with minimal resources, since I would be on the verge!
That would also put a spade of lime on the numbers of the blue faction!
I do not see any Allied Race in the Alliance that compares to what we see with vulperas or sethraks!
We ( ally ) will become even more a faction labeled boring and unfocused that catches the attention of new players!

Well, I hope we know more about sethraks in the future, whether for good or bad, that they can at least be playable on the horde!
Well if Setherak somehow end up on Horde as a fellow supporter of both Vulpera and Sethrak I would gladly level up my new Vulpera along your Horde Sethrak and help you get back to where you need.
I’ve seen people speculate that alliance could get those new Jinyu. Might not be Sethy, (which hopefully will be added in anyway), but they could be a neat counterpart.
I too hope they are added to be honest BFA while has been pretty subpar to me but has brought a lot of cool races which is great since we’ve gotten nothing but recolors excluding the Kultirans and Zandalari.
Oh god, I forgot the april fools patch notes will be arriving soon. I remember last year I was predicting a double fool of them announcing vulpera on april fools and then doubling down saying they were serious on april 2nd. Was I just a year ahead of myself?
It’s sethrak. I say it every time this comes up but they want races to be introduced before they become playable. Sethrak are the only race the alliance has had any positive interactions with so far
The only thing blizzard has been fiercely consistent about with allied races (except arguably void elves) is that they wanted the players to be very familiar with the race and write a believable narrative for them joining the faction prior to them being added. Even if they waited until 8.2.5 that would still only give a couple of months for the alliance to get to know the brand new mechagnomes. I will admit the alliance doesn’t know sethrak very well, however they know them better than any other option currently on the table. (Unless they reverse their decision on high elves or pull a mag’har style option out of left field, which I doubt)
I, for one, am hoping for Sethrak as well. I think they are cool af and would add way more flair to the Alliance than… I’m just going to say anything else. It is disappointing that there is not a huge Sethrak thread ongoing but I feel that the majority of the people that want playable Sethrak are the ones that want Vulpera and they just tend to default to this thread. I really do hope Sethrak are paired with the Vulpera.
