My mog is showing now. I decided I just felt like burning the eyes of the people who hate pandaren. The novelty will probably wear off in a couple weeks though.

The timetable looks about right for an announcement at PAX east, but I can’t seem to find any information about whether Blizzard is actually at that convention.

This thread is so much more warm than the sethrak one, it’s kinda all doom and gloom over there y’all, cold blooded you might say.

I’m sad sethrak datamining got cut short as they were obviously the ones not as far along in development. I feel like vulpera got more of a head start in the community!

Alright Blizzard. 8.1.5 is out. Start giving those 8.2 databits already including that Vulpera confirmation. :slight_smile:

I think it’s pretty much because everyone thinks playable Vulpera is inevitable and most likely before the expansions out. While there are plenty of people who will argue why they don’t like them, very few of them don’t believe all the signs point it’s going to happen. Hope and confidence go a long way.

With the poor Sethrak not only are their some real technical and modeling hurdles that still need to be overcome, a lot of Alliance players were hoping that we could get them as a counter to Vulpera. As the likelihood of that seems to be fading it’s discouraging. We are looking at Having to settle for frigging Junkgnomes. I’m sure you have noticed how hopping that allied race request thread is… oh… right…

I know there are plenty of horde players who are optimistic that they will get their sneks at some point, I just don’t think the story will allow it for Alliance anymore. Vulpera where never a contender as an Alliance allied race so we never got our hopes up in that one.

I hope the horde gets vulpera they will be a big hit, but if blizzard thinks junker gnomes are on the same level as an allied race Blizzard is sorely mistaken.
