Vulpera are pretty much the only thing I’m looking forward to in the patch. I know what profs I’m doing, I got a name; so now I just wait until Tuesday.

SAMEEEE. I downloaded the PTR for the first time in a very long time. Just to get a taste and play around with what I want mine to look like. Very excited for next tuesday

I remember laughing a lot when I saw this vulpera carrying a rocket and running around voldun, “chasing a road runner”.

Have they fixed the problem yet with boots I remember some wanted them to have just paws and others boots it was a long time ago and with 8.3 on the horizon is there any word yet?

When they had full boots, their claws always poked through them. It seems they made a design decision to just remove full boots as a concept and go the same direction as the Worgen with footwear.
I think the decision was always to have them bootless, you can notice that heritage armor and all vulpera NPCs, including Eudora, are all bootless.
However, the goblin model they used as base still had boot textures over their feet. Due to the paw format, the boot textures looked really weird and distorted on them, making them look more like some fancy socks the claws poked through.

Yes, that makes sense. Myself, I actually prefer bootless. So, that’s ok with me.

Huh, it looks like the Ebon Blade is still working with the Lich King. I’m curious if they’re going to have them officially rejoin him or if it’s the same “working with him, not for him” thing they had going on in Legion.

Speaking honestly, I also prefer the bare feet version. I think boots COULD have looked nice, but it was probably too much work to map out the various boot shapes for a low reward.

Yay bootless Vulpera sucks there wasn’t an option cause you know more choices is good but being from the desert I always wanted no boots on mine.
How about questing there was a bug on PTR with a Tranquillian quest I think not working right has that been fixed.
This is a different Lich King, after all.
I see it as a “keep your friends close, your enemies closer” kind of deal. The Ebon Blade is keeping an eye on Bolvar while both parts benefit from their partnership.
