Vulpera Celebration Thread! šŸ¦Š

All I know folks who are waiting till next year to start playing again will regret it cause they will be letting the 15% bonus rep slide to speed up the Vupera grind it will be Legionā€™s allied races all over again.

I really donā€™t know what yo say. Thank you, everyone! But I think everyone in this thread and on the discord and twitter deserves credit too!

I was wondering if anyone here was planning on creating a Vulpera only guild. I thought I might have seen someone mention doing that some time ago.

I was thinking back to the my days of Everquest 1, where I would look at the websites of various guilds in the game, and remembered seeing a few guilds that were comprised of only one of the playable races in the game. I remember a Troll only guild and also an Iksar (Lizardman) only guild at the time. I always found reading about those type of guilds to be interesting, along with viewing the screenshots the guilds would share of their adventures.

I donā€™t really see that occur much in WoW. The only time I remember reading about one was around Cataclysm, where a Gnome only guild was happy to get Gnome Priests so they could have healers.

Anyway, I was just curious if we might see some Vulpera-only guilds appear in the future. Iā€™d love to see screenshots of them grouping together, having fun, and even raiding Stormwind on occasions.

Questionā€¦rushing my horde alt, since I restarted wow, to hit 120, with event going on how long do you think it will take to get the vulpera rep to exalted roughly in weeks?

If you do everything you possibly can do including mission board stuff, two or three weeks

Thank you very much so I should make it by patch drop no problem I would assume with all of December and rest of this month still.

Now is a good time also to do the rep with anniversary event and the buff giving you a 15% rep boost.

I have a guild on Wyrmrest Accord-NA called the Skulk. So far, just me and a friend but I know some others who will be joining up after 8.3 hits.

I canā€™t remember how long it took me, I play only an hour a night.

About 3 weeks I think. Including all the story quests. If you get a couple weeklys it helps a lot, also table missions.

Also make sure you have a contract for extra repā€¦ that helps a boat load.

I got it to Exalted in September after launch, so about three weeks - which others are saying - seems about right. But we also have the Anniversary boost now, so could be faster.

I understand why worgen will be as it is but vulperas have no human form, so they should not switch to the style of worgen\tauren/draenei footwear

Sorry, Iā€™m not understanding what youā€™re saying.

I prefer the new style (left.) No idea where Worgen came into it?

I think theyā€™re talking about them having the same style of boots. If Iā€™m understanding him correctly, heā€™s saying that it makes sense for Worgen to not have the full boots since they switch from human to Worgen form. The Vulpera have no such switch and thus should keep the full boots.

Oh, thank you for clarifying! If thatā€™s what he meant, haha.

Iā€™ve never been a fan of boots on animal races, just because animal feet are built for travel-- perhaps thatā€™s why I canā€™t get into the idea of Vulpera wearing full boots.

Humans are animals are feet are also built for travel. Problem is since the invention of shoes most folks have incredibly soft and fragile feet because you need to build up calluses ideally as a child. Our use of shoes have made us dependent. That being said weā€™ve also put ā€œshoesā€ on horses and cows. And mittens on pawed mammals.

I see your point, I justā€¦ donā€™t ever put shoes on my animals and wolves/foxes donā€™t wear shoes. All (or at least most in my memory) Vulpera NPCs donā€™t seem to wear shoes either, so itā€™s just not clicking with me, personally.

ā€¦However, now youā€™ve made me imagine booties on a Vulpera and them doing that stupid walk dogs do when you first put shoes on themā€¦ xD

Night elves also refuse to have their feet covered.

Yeah! Exactly
I was a little confused
I apologize
