Wowhead has text from the Vulpera unlock questline and their own video of the questline here:

Iā€™ve always liked seeing the unlock questlines for new races. Allied races are really one of my favorite features, and I hope we see more of them and core races in the future.

I skimmed it to see the main story beats but I didnā€™t watch any of the actual quests as I dont want any of that spoiled for me.

Sethrak were never going to happen.
Just one look at them and it was obvious.

But I get that doesnā€™t stop wanting them.
I want playable naga but that will never happen either.

i mean, sethrak use a pre-existing racial skeleton while naga donā€™t, they were very much possible, just sucks they werent added

The Vulpera Hype Caravan has many members who are supporters of Sethrak becoming playable, too. When we had our meet-up at the end of BfA Beta, close to half of those attending did so in Sethrak form. I hope they become playable one day for those who want them.

Donā€™t take it out on the Vulpera. There were lots of other Allied Races added, and I donā€™t think any single one of them stopped Sethrak from happening. If they wanted to add Sethrak by this point, they would have - regardless of what else happened. But I hope they do in the future.
