I’ll say it again.
Toxicity isn’t as common as people make it out to be. And the best way to avoid it is by being vocal.
“Hey im new! Any tips?”
“How does this boss work?”
Anything other than silence. Then you wipe, group sees you are the weak link and kicks because… you didn’t know and didn’t speak up.
