I just posted about this. I got kicked because I D/C. In less than a minute I was back in, I was kicked and I had to wait for 30 minutes because I deserted. Really?

Yes you were offline, what did you expect. Good reason to kick someone.

I’m sorry that sucks. the 30 min de-buff should not apply to a legit connection issue.

some groups will nerd rage kick you in 7 seconds for a DC…others Ive seen wont kick you at all…they’ll just finish the run a man down and you might even get loot mailed to you, Im not sure.

This is kind of sad. Playing around with you is kind of fun sometimes. But you are legitimately here for the narcissistic feed. You are even admitting to it., regularly. I read the things you type.

Trying to discuss anything with you is like talking to a wall. Even normal people will admit that sometimes the 30 min de-buff is excessive.

  1. You refuse to see the problem.
  2. You refuse to discuss solutions.
  3. You attack people discussing the problems and seeking solutions.

Please prove me wrong and give a better idea. Take your time, think about it.

No, I don’t have reasonable discussions with trolls. No point in doing so. It’s more fun for me this way.

I tried it your way for two days in two other threads. The trolls don’t care. Now I don’t either.

attention. Thats the goal with that group. They arent here to exchange ideas…theyre here for ATTENTION.
He’d find some point to disagree with you to keep it going to get the attention…even if he agrees with you otherwise.
Its the same behavior with a group of them in here.
Just watch their reaction to being put on ignore. It drives them nuts knowing the attention is being taken from them.

I didn’t start out trolling you. I am now, cause well that’s in response to how you act. I have only been posting on this topic for a single day so far.

Do not group all people in your brain as one person that is dangerous. I am actually willing to have a reasonable discussion with you.

Remove the timeout entirely
Let anyone who wants to exit do so…I dont want anyone there who doesnt want to be there…they’ll be replaced nearly instantly anyway…good riddance.

And the ones vote kicked for no reason by juvenile trolls wont be punished and have their game time wasted.

As for the kicked who deserved it…well WHO CARES if theyre getting into another run sooner than later lmao…theyre gone from my group and thats all that matters

If someone decides to start spouting slurs at party members, why on EARTH should the PARTY be the ones that have to deal with that?

No. Get over it. You made your group mad, they decided they didn’t want to play with you anymore. It’s that simple.

You can say they should remove the debuff if you get kicked, but saying they need to remove the ability to kick is absurd.

Lio is not a person you’ll want to align yourself with if you want to be taken seriously on just about anything. Call that a heads up for the future.

Anyway, like I said, I tried having rational discussions with others for days, I’m over it, you’re not trolling me if I’m not taking any of this seriously.

Thats fine… But I’m gonna need my 2,300 in rent now :stuck_out_tongue: .

I give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they are good natured until they prove to me they aren’t. Then I use the snippiness I gained from the matriarch’s in my family. You are catching some of it because you attacked me even when I was serious and not poking you at all.

From hence forth I shall lightly sas you only if you sas me first ok.

Another way to look at this is that allowing players to do the referee’s job and arbitrarily having the ability to eject someone from the game is unsportsmanlike and should not be the rules of the game. That’s why the game should eject the person from the game if the person acts unsportsmanlike. We all know the players are biased by default when given the power to effect another member of the team, and that bias causes a penalty, that’s the refs job, not the players job, and it is like that for a reason.

Remove kick and remove the leave timer. That way people can’t kick, and those that want to bail can do so with impunity.

Which of the following sounds more fun:

A. join a pug, kill the same mobs you killed 847 times previously to maybe get a piece of gear or gain some points toward an achieve nobody will care you have, then wait till next xpac to do it all again. Forever.

B. Create a pug in LFG with a few friends or guildies and kick whoever joins, then kick the next person like you are on some kicking spree and laugh so hard I would probably spill my drink, struggling to stop laughing long enough to answer the whispers of kicked players wondering why they got kicked, causing me to laugh even harder to the point where typing is impossible. Then visit forums later and try and convince everyone that everything is working just fine.

Ya choice A sounds like more fun.

I’m gonna log in now and start a M+ pug on Moon Guard, anyone wanna join?

(Would be made even more fun if there was an addon that added quake sounds like “Trîçks is on a kicking spree!!” watch youtube video " 21 Quake / Unreal Tournament sounds" if you dont understand what quake sounds are)

Players may choose to disrupt the gaming experience of any other player from the group for any reason, provided the vote to kick passes.

^ Is what it should say but conveniently chooses not to.

So should the one player be able to disrupt the experience of the four players?
