This solves nothing and adding it would create more iconic modern wow team bloat.

So if any three others vote to kick…you as the last person not yet voting could veto it with your ‘no’ vote.
If you dont vote at all the system just ignores you. Yes vote is obvious.
But your ‘no’ would veto the kick…which obviously is only gonna happen if you have a couple trolls in the group trying to save each other…which who needs that anyway?..or if 1-3 trolls are trying to kick someone for no GOOD reason and say, you know its bogus, so your ‘no’ vote would make the vote fail.
So effectually ANY ‘no’ vote would veto the kick
and this person you replied to has beek kicked a total of FIVE times in over SEVEN years, unlike the jokers above my post here lmao…and ALL of those were VERY early on in my time in this game.
- kicked for refusing to give tank my gear drop
- kicked by four tich clowns who used me to get into dungeon
- kicked for transmogs at the gate
- kicked when troll dps caused wipes a couple times. (this one was funny)
- kicked for playing panda at the gate, called ‘fatty’ lmao
and looking at some posters in here, yeah…i wouldnt want them in my groups to begin with…CLEARLY abusive kick voting sorts

The other half of what you said was added in Wrath because people were leaving the Oculus immediately after entering the dungeon because of the gimmick final fight. It didn’t even stop people from leaving and taking the debuff, they had to add an extra reward bag to convince players to stay and complete that dungeon. Sounds like they added it and expanded it due to bad game design, not because it was really necesaary.
