We can’t really force it to change without ruining the system and making it worse for its intended purpose of removing bad actors from groups. The only thing you can do is be the change you want to see and hope others follow suit. Failing that, you have to learn to accept that some people just want to be jerks, and all you can really do is put them on ignore so you never have to see them again.

More reason to completely remove the vote kick and let the report player do its work.
If a player is not playing the game as per the contact then he is getting reported.
Remove the kick option totally. It is very backward and so 1999.
Let the bad players earn the report and get suspensions.
I play in overwatch. This is what they have and they are much cleaner. No abuse what so ever. It is always gg go next attitude.
If you type stuff then you are getting reported.

Maybe you don’t remember why we needed this system in the first place. Because I do. Having a tank that would sit at the entrance and demand to be kicked while you had to choose if it was worth your time to wait to kick him or just leave yourself.

In legion when i started I was running dungeons, BGs and LFR all day long.
Didnt see much of a problem till right at the end of Legion/ early BFA.
Sorry but Im not healing a group that behaves like the ones above HERE who think they have right to ruin someone elses game kicking them for no valid reason.
I’ll dump their ill mannered group every time and let them find a healer too while theyre at it

This right here. I can produce a great deal many ways Blizzard can fix their design to get rid of this problem. But, I believe they are too afraid to alienate the vile aspect of this community. It’s such a large element, and pay a bunch of subs.

Completely remove it.
Put more resources into report player tool.
This player further shows how toxic the group community is towards solo players.

Thinking of other players as disposable, interchangeable NPCs wasn’t possible until LFD/LFR came out.

Your consistent demeanor and attitude on these forums leaves little question as to why you object to the vote kick feature and think its a problem. I imagine you get kicked from groups often.

Great - now when a group gets a bad player, 4 people are punished instead of one. Great system ya got there
Final fantasy doesn’t have that problem though, yet everything is queuable like that. The blame falls on blizzard’s design. I can tell them how to design dungeons and how things work that gets rid of these people. But they won’t do it.
