My guild is usually 3-4 for dungeons, and the rare pug that tries to vote-kick for stupid crap always gets a good laugh outta me. Good luck vs the matching tags bro. Take your chill pill.
Iâve only dealt with one vote kick and it was a tank and his guild pulling the entire courtyard before I could change out of single target spec who could not understand why my aoe was low as single target assassination.
I really donât get the point of lying about these getting kicked stories.
Isnât the whole point of posting to seek validation and be told you did nothing wrong? Well, if you start twisting the story then you dont even want real validation. So I donât get the point. Just pretend everyone thinks it wasnt your fault and dont come to the forums making up stories?

I remember I had one years ago where they didnât want to listen about my tips on the route and voted me out. It was a classic dungeon when people would get lost.

I think my stories were pretty funny. Even though I got kicked, it wasnât the end of the world but most people that tell the stories are generally either deflecting or hiding the entirety of what happened. Pretty sure I asked someone to explain why they would be kicked as a tank, but then they deflected and decided to accuse me of kicking people rather than answer the question.
But I guess it probably was answered indirectly and they were just a primadonna tank that thought they were all that and then got kicked by randos who didnât want to deal with them.

I thankfully havenât had to bear the brunt of being kicked, but have seen it initiated a handful of times over the years. Those last few times have all been associated with the DF expansion where one was even (gesh) a Timewalking dungeon.

Maybe a one offâer? I havent had this happen to me at all. If this doesnt hapoen to you on a regular basis, i would just let it go. Probably that one time thing. If it does happen to you a lot, it might be you. If not, then its just a bad group.
I think it happens to a lot of people, but just once or twice, because normally the dungeon run is fine. But god-forbid thereâs a mistake.
Iâve been seeing kicks for people who die in dungeons because it slows the group (tank) down if you have to wait for rez or run back.
The contract is simply a synopsis of the ToS, you know, a ârules for dummiesâ book. Nothings changed, itâs just a reminder.
Get rid of vote kick? You obviously werenât here before it was, when disgruntled players would hold a group hostage by refusing to tank or heal, or just constantly wipe the group until it just fell apart. That sound good to you?
