My Voldunai Rep has been reset to neutral recently. I’m guessing one of the patches in the last couple months did this for some reason.
Simple armory says Im still exalted but ingame its Neutral.
Just had this happen top me too. 
This happened to me yesterday. I submitted a bug report and also a GM ticket. I have been working through BfA pathfinder and its disappointing that now it will take much longer since this rep reset from being almost to revered.
Looks like this is a known issue:
I lost rep but not for voldunal but for zandalari empire I am kind of in the same boat
I am also impacted by this bug… Very annoying. Has anyone actually had this fixed?
Would be nice to get a fix - or heck a response. Ive lost both Voldunai and Zandalari Empire. It is preventing me from using certain items I’ve rightfully earned in addition to earning Paragon chests.
It’s been nearly two months and no response or fix has been offered.
Any update on this from Blizzard?
This happed to me too. I noticed it 2/21/23. It was at exalted at least a week ago when I checked all my reps to see what I can work on.
Really frustrating that there still isn’t a fix or workaround for this - I was trying to get the supplies from capping the rep multiple times since the toy from the paragon rep is the only thing I am missing and honestly I don’t want to go through the grind of neutral to exalted again.
6 months and still not fixed. Small indie company?

This also happened to me, but after a double faction change (horde to ally and back) and just to Voldunai as well.
By chance, did any of you see Order of Embers rep (as horde!) at any time before or after the issue? As in, the bar was there in your character sheet, at hated when clearly shouldn’t have been there at all. I think part of the issue lies in that, at least in my case…
