Customer Support tickets directed me here after being unable to assist (though they did restore Dark Talon rep that was lost during Faction Change)
Was horde, then ally, then BACK to horde. Was exalted and into paragon (confirmed by CS - they saw me as ‘ok’) with Voldunai BEFORE faction change to ally. Achievements confirm.
Once Ally, I was neutral with Orders of Embers NOT exalted. I didn’t think anything of it as I had intended to swap back but seems I should have been Exalted with them.
Now - and this is likely part of my issue - somehow before faction changing to Ally, some months ago, Order of Embers AS HORDE showed up in my rep list. No idea what I did, but somehow, it showed up (I believe it was at Hated). So when I changed to Ally, I ‘had’ the rep flagged to me (as Horde) so it didn’t convert my Voldunai, as such. I ended up neutral with OoE. Which means when I swapped back to Horde, I was now neutral with Voldunai.
Customer Support says they see my rep Voldunai rep is exalted and paragon’ing, but despite showing them images (from WoW armory and in-game) that I am neutral, they said it’s not an issue they could resolve.
It’s as simple as looking at my reps in my armory profile. I did a Voldunai quest, thinking it would ‘wake up’ the rep, but it did not. I also visited the Emissary and am unable to purchase Rep gated items, so the game clearly thinks I am Neutral.
I reset UI and other suggestions - it’s definitely an issue with the faction change service and how I was oddly flagged with OoE as horde.
Please restore my Voldunai rep - thank you so much!
