Yup. Say it with me everybody “The Second wheel in Orgrimmar won’t drop.”
I did a little research on this, thinking I had missed something or done something wrong, only to discover that it’s a fairly common error. It seems that for some people, the parts in Orgrimmar for the second wheel just…won’t drop.
I’ve got the Stormwind Wheel in my bags, ready to go, waiting for its sibling, but the parts for the second wheel don’t drop. Every other part dropped, once I did the things that I was supposed to but…I was wearing a mask. I did Zekhan. I did Garona. I THINK I’m doing everything right on my end.
I haven’t even messed around on alts. Soozee here is my designated Horrific Visions grinder. I didn’t collect the deathcycle parts on anyone else. So I know it’s not my Warband being funky.
Do I already have the Orgrimmar wheel? Is THAT the wheel currently in my bags? Is it the Stormwind I have to go get? Did I get the Orgrimmar wheel at one point and just forget about it?
Just to set some expectations, even though it isn’t a Secrets of Azeroth event (which game masters (and SFAs by extension) are expressly forbidden from getting involved with), there may be some limitations tying their hands where it is considered a secret mount.

I just did this for the Org wheel. I had 5 masks on when I did it, but you only need to have one on. So pick the easiest mask. Go in there. If you have nothing else you need. Go smoke everything in The Drag, and then go finish it, and it should be in the chest at the end.

I also used this addon to find stuff in the visions. It was very helpful.
