100% not half elves. So nope.
I prefer to not have any new hair color for void elves than have the new colors tied to the tendrils. I hate that some hair styles are tied to them, hair colors too would be too much. I want black and white, i donât care if we get natural hair colors, iâll probably wonât use them anyway. There are a lot of options to make void elves and blood elves distinct. Tattoos, hair styles, bi color hair, more eye colors that arenât the same as BE, etc⊠Void elves arenât all about tendrils.
I do think the ear options are a QOL thing VEs and NB should get as well.

I mean, I think all the elves should have the ear options yes. To my knowledge the main difference between an elf and a half elf is that half elf has shorter ears. The problem with creating an entirely new model for a half elf race is, whatâs the other half?
A half tauren/half elf would look and move wildly different to a half human/half elf.
But if we go with the default half human/half elf, I have to question why make a new model at all? Other than the ears what would visually set them apart from their human/elf parents?
I think we have spoken before and youâve always been respectful and while I am more than happy for the RP tools you currently have available that gives about 90% of the visual theme youâre a fan of, I just think BE fans lost an exact copy of their model (something that didnât happen to NEs the NB is busted compared to the NE which is arguably not fair there) and then lost the non Void skin tones which is a huge part of the visual fantasy of traditional fantasy Elf which Blood Elves have always fulfilled.
I just donât see where thereâs wiggle room unless itâs ideas like adding void streaked hair where its still streaked with Void etc, because per your own post you admit this feels important for you to get that visual theme and it is also important to BE players who take issue with the duplication of our visual theme to keep this distinction in place.

What do you want from Night Elves? Just curious. I was pretty hyped for Nightborne until I made one. Females I found to be lacking. Males are just horrible.

Iâm curious too. Night elf customisations are very wild, i canât see how nightborne would benefit from night elf options.
I mean, fix their faces/add more face options, keep the same ear structure, rather than leaves some kind of arcane/jewelry in the hair, and then they can have all our skin tones/hair colors.
Someone mentioned facial markings, there isnât exactly well⊠any official lore about night elf facial markings, and since there arenây any nightborne npcs with them at least that Iâve seen, I donât think itâd make sense for the nightborne to have them.
Care to elaborate?
I feel like there IS a solution here where everyone gets what they want, I just donât have the answer at this current time apart from using human, dwarven, or gnomish color tones and unique hair models . . . Fel I donât even care about âranger paintâ even though as it currently stands only one thalassian seems to use it (two if you could Rommathâs sleeve things I guess)

Like others have said, we either need the NPC model with player bones added and lots of new customizations or the Night Elf model actually copied/pasted so we can share options between the two factions like everyone seems to expect us to as Blood Elf players with Void Elf players.
I just think itâs a fair enough thing for Blood Elf fans who take issue with this to see this visual distinction factor kept in place, if Blizzard has given the model, and the skin tones that is two wins for the HE community essentially resulting in 90% of the visual theme desired, seeing as this request is in stark contrast to many BE fans itâs fair they take someone elseâs request into account here.
I saw someone point out the idea of sharing the styles but the colors being the visual factor for the theme and I can see that I guess, it would still make sure the Void colors were the ones used for hair colors. Or void streaked hair I wonder.

A true half elf would have more changes then just smaller ears if we expect proper immersion.

Build, features, fighting stances, height, face structure, etc.
Truth be told Iâm not a big fan of hair streaks, hate it on pandaren females, hate it on trolls, just seems like such a âmodern real worldâ thing to do . . . but if thatâs what it takes I could see an Anna from Frozen style streak thing working, but with unique hair styles crafted for them (like they did for everyone else in wave one of customizations)
And you are justified in that regard I agree, I just wish some folk wouldnât dismiss the desires of folk like me as childish whining or the ravings of a crazy person . . . wish we could all be civil in discussion like we are being right now. With no accusations and such.
