Blood elf was just something that high elves renamed themselves to. They renamed again.
So they aren’t blood elves any more.
Theyre high elves because that’s what their racs is actually called.

You got a lot of bites. This now goes in the pile for me now though.
Horde got exactly what they wanted. (Blue Eyes for Blood Elves).
Alliance got half of what they wanted (High Elf Fantasy).
Come back and tell us to be happy with what we got when you get half of what you want and the Alliance get everything they want.

OP had a valid point imo, advocating for more Void customizations when the VE pass comes next. Hopefully after they address lackluster core races, and other lacking ARs.

Customization is a major selling point of this Expac. This is a public forum for feedback. If something is a popular demand there’s 0 reason people can’t ask for it. That’s how Devs get feedback to implement features/options that please a large portion of their playerbase 
Btw on Twitter the Velf/Helf community is very vocal and we even got Jeff Liu (head of character customization overhaul) to respond to us 2 weeks ago saying he sees all the feedback about Void Elf hair color options and he’d personally pass it along to the team!

Exactly it’d be like giving Blood Elfs pale undead skin but no red eye colors, and then saying “See aren’t you happy you guys got Dark Rangers !! Now shut up about it !!”

It means our feedback is valid and was heard by someone directly involved in the Character customization overhaul If he thought it was dumb he would have either a) ignored it or b) told us no

Where are our runic tattoos, or box art like they did for NE fans? San’layn / Dark Ranger / OR Fel Blood options as a second visual theme?

Blood Elves are High Elves you aren’t entitled to the whole main theme of the Blood Elves this was the compromise.

The void in their bodies is the reason they renamed themselves. They mutated/evolved.
While the difference between high and blood elf is just a title, the difference between them and void elves is far greater.
They will never say its dumb or say no
They will always take back feedback and discuss it.
In theory blues are meant to do that with like everything that goes on here

For the High Elf Wayfarers and Silvermoon Scholars actively being recruited into the Ren’dorei ranks and studying under Locus Walker like Alleria did? Doubtful. I mean sure they’d be considered Void Elfs now but they would retain their skin and hair color like Alleria does. The original explosion is what mutated the original Ren’dorei and that isn’t happening to the new recruits.
Their eye colors alone would probably change, as seen by the High Elf NPCs in Telogrus Rift having glowing DK eyes.
We dont really know anything there

Hopefully they update both Alleria and the handful of Wayfarers/Scholars standing around to reflect Void Elf player options thus ending that argument.
