I got the achievements needed to create these races. I was told that you did not have to get the rep. needed any longer to unlock these races. I do not see them on the character creation screen. What is the issue?
Have you completed the questlines formally bringing them into the Alliance?
I believe you’ll find the representatives at the embassy in Stormwind.

Yes I did. You have to do those to get the specific achievements for each race. I completed them both today. Got those races mounts and everything.
Hmm. Have you tried fully restarting the client and launcher?
I just did and still nothing.

This is something we’re aware of and has been escalated to have our teams take a look.
I don’t have an update on when we may see a resolution but wanted to pass that along.

This has not been fixed yet. I just tried several times and several ways to create a nightborne and I can not.
You’ll want to navigate to the Bug Report forum or use the in-game support system to give QA more information to look for.
Sorry for the confusion folks. From what I could find out the fix is in the works, but may not be able to be applied until maintenance next week. I’m working on getting that Support Article updated so it doesn’t confuse things.
