Void Elf w/ High Elf Skin Compromise Mockup

I’m sorry but that’s really funny lol

I don’t see your point here. Sorry to say my friend. Alleria is a Void Elf, and those skin tones in the mockup are still not the ones available to blood elves, they have blue undertones.

Love you though, thanks for contributing to the discussion. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

What is that reason?

Void elf =O Another elf class, oh my gosh…Nothing new about the class, its still a elf, same look and style.

Looks just like a blood elf, the job is already done, can we stop whining about it now.

and Tauren look just like the High Mountain, and Lightforged Draenei look just like the Draenei. Come on Shonky, you know better than that!

They are different enough by Blizzard’s own standards.

It more often isn’t.

I want to blame my mental disorders but, at this point I think I just thought it was another Let the High Elves join the Horde bread :bread:

On a positive note, have some more lore.

“Rise of Quel’Thalas.”

That’s because you’re being willfully blind at this point, like so:

People like this that refuse to accept the repeated explanations.

  1. Alleria’s transformation was significantly different than the voidelves that came after. She consumed the energy of a dark naaru, the others were an experiment of an ethereal and basically were half in transition of becoming in a state similar to them.
    `
  2. The reason being theme and aesthetic. Repeatedly it has been said the theme of a tall, graceful, fair skinned, magical, Legolas-based concept is already playable on the Horde in the Bloodelves. The Voidelves were created to make their own theme and spin on the Thalassian elf. Removing that theme is not an option.

Get over it…

Sure, don’t get me wrong, I fully support adding any kind of helfling people want as long as we can stop hearing about it!

Edit: I should also add that I believe Highmountain and Lightforged are a fairly useless waste of time as well, but whatever. (Again not saying it’s not cool to have them!)

Mmm, I don’t think that’s your call to make. Unless you’re actually Ion posting on a different account.

The one on the far left is literally just a Scandinavian skin tone with no hint or trace of void elf.

You high elf folks have gone through denial and anger, now you’re in negotiation. Sooner or later you’re gonna need to move to the next step.

Can I get my customization to not look like a Pandaren options now?

If you want to petition that they remove the theme of an Allied Race to make it something else, go ahead. We will enjoy chuckling from the sidelines.

You just made up a bunch of stuff! :joy: There’s no evidence to suggest the playable void elves are only from that one quest chain. Void Elves are growing their ranks, there are blood elves and high elves both learning about the void.

I mean what are we really saying here, Blizzard can do whatever they want. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

(Commentary): Laugh while you can. Darkspear Trolls are Jungle Trolls, but they’re getting Sand Troll, Forest Troll, and Dark Troll options come Shadowlands. Don’t get me wrong, I firmly believe Void Elves need more Void options, not less, but that doesn’t mean Blizzard won’t take the lazy, unsatisfying option out of this mess.

Don’t worry, we’re already doing that as you all come up with more and more silly theories as to why a race won’t ever get added just because you don’t like it. When Blizzard says, “we are not ever adding high elves”, then it will be off the table. Not anytime before then. Actually not even really then since they go back on their word constantly.

Excellent point Gnome buddy. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

This part made me laught on alliance side. The human race now got the big belly boy, what a bugger. Alliance got lazy and ate them self to death.
