About 20 seconds in? How?
It was a bad racial, it got stuck on the wall, I tried to aim it in the room, but the puzzling part is it went nowhere when I used it.
Does flameshock remove buffs? It definitely made the sound when I tried to use it again. Also, in the clip, I meant why is the druid doing more damage than the priest.
From your positioning, I am assuming it bugged out.
Seems like a bug overall. I would report it.

Tried like 3 different times to get it stuck.
The stuck part isn’t the weird part, its the not teleporting me back lol.
Tried, nothing will happen, game will still have 1million little bugs. Goodnight. 
It wasn’t purged from you, there is an animation your character did when you clicked the racial the 2nd time and the buff disappeared. Its probably as Bloodronin says, a bug. Lots of things are bugged this patch.
With regard to spatial rift more broadly, you gotta be careful using it to teleport LoS. I have done it before where it worked, and I have done it before and pulled me under the map and killed me.
It just bugged out because of positioning. Too close to the wall so game just said it was stuck.
Also rdruid just pumps with wrath. git gud and do more dam l2p issue
void elf racial has been bugged like this since it came out.
It’s an ele shaman that had 56 lavaburst hits, and like 36 lavabursts/procs, and I only had 8 frostbolts, not sure what you want me to do. My second icy veins I did not even get to use because he forced me defensive. Rofl. Btw, his lavabursts are hitting as hard as my frostbolts 
Yea, usually if it gets stuck on a wall or you move out of Los, it will still work.
