I remember, it was mana tap and I liked it as a caster.
If it actually got taken away even though itâs not copy/pasted from another race, I could accept it, I accept what Iâm usually given because thatâs what Iâm given itâs why I cited my Nightborne characters earlier because really they have nothing going for them and yet I still play them.
It doesnât really matter at this point whether itâs a whole race or just options. Itâs the precedent of removing player options that is problematic.
It would mean theyâve already done it. What would stop them from removing more?

I donât think they are taking the VE options away and Iâm glad for people who can enjoy them as is.
That said I think Alleria being updated to reflect Void options to solidify the last of BE visual distinction as being safe, I think is fair.

I would be completely fine with Alleria being in permanent void form.
To be honest, itâs odd that she isnât already.

What reason would they have to remove more, this whole Blood Elf and Void Elf thing is the problem, people thinking they should have full Blood Elf options without playing Horde and itâs like why, you want our race but not to play the proper faction?
What if they started removing options from Nightborne? Would you be ok with that?

That is what I personally want so I can move forward with wanting more lore for the options on both sides. Seeing HEs return home to Quelâthalas, comments on the Wayfarers etc. I feel like I canât root for that so long as Alleria remains a lingering factor to use as an argument for more HE options on VEs

I said it set a bad precedent, and for any arbitrary reason they could remove additional customization options from races in the future, or races themselves if they felt like it and had the established precedent.
Are you asking me to spitball a reason why they would?
I can do that if you want, but I donât see the point it would serve.

Blood elves no longer have any hairstyles shared with humans, dwarves, or night elves.

No Iâm asking you, what would they remove from Nightborne, you brought this up as your argument so like I told Lance back it up. We literally share nothing with Night Elves like you do with Blood Elves so.
No more sweet earrings or mana tattoos.
Glowy stuff is now solely for Lightforged and also now the demon hunters get the rune tattoos.
And because it comes from blood elves, they should take it away.
