I feel like after hair colors the majority opposed will stop. That’s all that’s really left look wise. Entropic embrace to me is a non-factor.

Realistically, I suspect any forest trolls, like high elves and Wildhammer, will be customizations on the source race now.
Leaving aside that that is a crying shame, I still want 'em.

I suspect there will at least be a steep decline.
We’ll always have hold outs that want paladins or Silvermoon or hell to erase my void elves altogether.

San’layn going to Void Elves because they’re considered traitors to the Forsaken (thus, the Horde) while the Dark Rangers become the playable subrace for Blood Elves - both unlocked via quest chains to give content to casual players.
Everybody wins except people who don’t actually do quests on both factions.
I’d literally never mention high elves again if the Alliance got something the Horde was actually asking for, and it both suits the classic fantasy the Alliance has - especially now that it has darker themes with the void elves and dark irons - and makes sense for the story since Umbric was reunification more than the blood elves do. (Who would likely reject them because of their allyship with the Forsaken and their new association with the Light.)
If that happens that means forest trolls are going to get stuck with jungle troll druid forms and a stupid generic night elf stag travel form instead of actually good and thematic forms like lynxes and dragonhawks

True, that’s what I meant. I know some unfortunate souls are still upset at blood elves going horde. May they find peace.
See I can compromise by not getting everything because hair color is my personal last ask, unless…

Look, I don’t have any gryphon racials on my monk and only some of her hair works with feathers.
I keep telling myself it’s better than nothing.
…that being said, worgen and Darkspear could use unique druid forms for sure.

It was also datamined in the Shadowlands alpha/beta (can’t remember which) that there was the potential for customization for our void forms.
Tech’s there - or at least a work in progress on it.
Just a matter if they’d ever use it or not, which they very much so could to expand on both the void customization, and to allow for sub races on it. High Elves getting something blue or just a faint purple outline which is more easy to ignore, and San’layn or nightmare themed corruption could be red as an example.
There’s a ton of things they could do with it.
Same tech could likely be used for other races. New tints for Arcane Torrent? Fel? Holy? Red?
Everybody gets the chance to play whatever they want.

If that’s what you think then you didn’t read the exchange at all, and only saw what you wanted. At least you’re remaining consistent considering that you took Danuser’s words and translated them into “Whatever you want it’s canon” somehow.
I’m sorry to be that one person, but you should know by now that canon is only respected when it’s convenient, while when it’s not, it’s free game to twist it into whatever they want or overlook it, and I’m saying this based on how I’ve seen that same thing happening again and again.
So while I do wish they’d tell us something specific, I know that it won’t be of any help.
You not liking this statement won’t make it any less true.
And maybe it’s getting repeated because maybe it’s about time you guys get this.
And this is a perfect example of canon that gets conveniently ignored/twisted by you guys.
