That’s really all it is. Every AR that received any sort of customization update (Void Elves, Mechagnomes, umm i dunno about others cuz it’s been a while) didn’t receive hair colors, because SL customization release wasn’t about Allied Races, it was about the core races receiving customization focus.
Yup, that literally shows why it was so easy for them do so, because it’s all the same under the hood.
I remember this being said about blue eyes/skin tones. “They bump multiple threads everyday because they’re wanting something they won’t get!”

Yeah I don’t see what getting into details is pertinent I just looked at their post history and before today haven’t been active since January so what ever they are referencing is an old grudge which if that’s the road they want to go down then we all have to talk about what that side has done and it’s just not beneficial to the conversation.
