I’ve never asked you to refine your replies to me or the convo to not include your request that I take issue with.
I wonder if I did how that would go over with you?
You’re essentially saying “don’t leave the conversation but converse in a way that is beneficial to me”.
Given your past responses to people you even remotely or vaguely view as telling you what to do how would you react if I asked you to refine your contribution to the conversation that benefited my side of the argument simply because

I have to agree with you. If one can say repeatedly I’m not going to stop asking until I get what I want. Then I see no reason why you cannot remind Blizzard that it is something that you do not want because you value visual distinction. In the end it is just discourse two different opinions clashing. As long as one keeps asking the other will keep denying and it will go back and forth. I find it kind of odd that it is okay to ask for things depending on what you are asking for. To ruin visual distinction is okay to preserve it… makes you a horrible bad bad person. When really you are just people with different wants.

And the reply was to Ariel it’s not like Ariel has never seen nicos stance before so if it’s an excuse for him to state his stance again I can state mine.

And there’s nothing wrong with that. My issue is that Lann seems to target me specifically with his replies. I have no objection to him stating his opposition as often as he likes. I just don’t need my notifications blowing up with replies from him every time I post. Perhaps ignore really is the only answer.

There’s plenty of times I don’t reply to you, and I don’t target you I’m targeting like Izzabelle pointed out your argument that you’re stating again.

I wasn’t making an argument in that post though. I was answering Ariel’s question.

You used an excuse to state your stance again and that’s fine.
Ariel isn’t new to the thread you agree? You think Ariel hasn’t seen your stance too?
If you can repeat yourself why can’t someone who doesn’t agree with you?

If that’s how you choose to see it, so be it. Ignore it is then.

I see your posts as more of a fight to keep what remains of the Blood aesthetic, then a simple I don’t want you to have that. When it is asked for, you remind blizzard that they are those who want to keep the distinction. In the end it will be Blizzards decision.
Ah! so you are okay with him being against it. Just not him replying to you specifically? I think he replies to you because you are the one asking. Although I don’t think just saying it in general without replying to you directly would hurt. both of your opinions would still be out there.

Correct. Everyone is entitled to their opinion on an issue and should feel free to voice that opinion. I just get tired seeing replies from the same person saying the same thing to me over and over at every opportunity.
It’s ok though. I’ve put him on ignore now so the issue is resolved and he can reply to me till his heart is content and I won’t get any more notifications.

You replied to Ariel repeating your stance.
I replied to you repeating my stance.
I fail to see the issue other than you take issue with what you do when others do it.
I feel you think I’m being far more personal to you then I am, and in return you hold me to some weird standard because you think I’m going after you and I’m not just your argument.
THIS my replies are the same across the board I’m arguing against an argument not a person.

IMO void elves are very unique because of their main theme, and i want to see them getting more void options.
While i understand why ppl don’t want them to get natural hair colors, i feel that some of ppl in this thread want them to be even more tied to just one kind of customization, and i think that isn’t fair because all races have more than one theme.
Night elves got some options to represent the highborne. Blood elves have options that a common high elf could never have (green eyes and golden eyes) and they should get farstrider options too. So why ppl are so opposed to void elves getting more high elf options? (i’m not talking about natural hair colors xD)
I have seen ppl asking to high elf npc’s to be removed, and don’t agree with that. They have been part of the alliance for a long time, and i like them. I think they should use void elf hairstyles, and hair colors so we can identify more with them, and create a distinction between them and blood elves.
Some high elves have unnatural hair colors. I think that void elves should get light blue and violet hair for high elf fantasy, the natural hair colors stay with belves. Both can have high elves this way. Also black and white works for high elf fantasy and void elf fantasy IMO.

Where?
They got nothing to represent the Shen’dralar at all.
To be fair high elves and blood elves should have gold eyes… Lorewise. They’re all connected to the Sunwell.
That said even for RP I don’t want to see gold eyes for void elves.
Farstrider tattoos should be for both.

Agreed. But just for the lawls, here ya go!
Though it does require specific hats/hoods to pull off he he.

They could have those themese while not ignoring what they are, though. If they get tattoos, they can be in a shadowy texture, a magic theme doesn’t need to be separated from the void.
Void Elves are Void Elves, not anything else. Just because wayfarers exists in Telogrus, that doesn’t mean they are Void Elves, at least not yet and even if they do transform, we don’t know what the result would be. To keep them looking at wayfarers is simply diluting all the posibilities that could be explored for them, because we’ve seen that Void doesn’t only sprout tentacles, and it makes sense that practicioners of different things would be affected differently by it (except warriors, because they’re just dudes that hit things hard, really).

I just want belves to get more styles, I’d like more braids. Also tattoos and scars. And for hair accessories to change color with the jewelry and for there to be more than two options that don’t even change the gem colors.

You are simultaneously correct and incorrect. The wrong premise is the one about the Sunwell causing the golden eyes on the Belves, cause it´s false. Golden eyes exists in Blood elves as a result of individual devotion to the Light, reason why not ALL of them have golden eyes and only individuals that deal with this cosmological energy 24/7 adquire it.
High elf Paladins and Priest with high levels of devotion to the Light should probably yes, get golden eyes. But only because of this reason, the Sunwell is irrelevant regarding the eye coloration as per the lore.

I don’t understand why you would react like this to Lann reiterating his positions on this topic to you or anyone else because most of us including you and me reiterate our positions a lot if we didn’t a lot of our posts wouldn’t be the same or similar so what makes him any worse than anyone else? I really don’t get it.
And yes, I read through the whole conversation twice and I still don’t get it.

Basically yeah.
It just boils down to “it’s ok when I do it”.
I remember quite clearly even being told that opposing opinions only benefits his side because they get to show their support for what they want. I guess that position was swiped under the rug now.
