Void Elf Customizations?

I didn’t bash anyone. The question was: “How is skin and hair your identity?” I responded, because that was all we got. See the post I originally responded to.

Are High Elves.

Well, according to the forums you’re actually an ‘Undead’. But ah, eh. Once the race change clears up it’s gunna say ‘Blood Elf’ Champ. Not the same thing.

Blood elves are high elves who didn’t betray their country. Sorry not sorry

Okay? Still doesn’t change anything.

I ain’t no Helfer, understand? Far as I’m concerned, all elves have ruined this game. Well, the players anyway, not the actual race.

You ain’t a High Elf. Void Elves ain’t High Elves either. Having light skin and blue eyes doesn’t make you Quel’dorei my friend. It just makes you a blue-eyes Blood Elf.

So… a high elf

Nope, different political factions my friend. Lore says you’re a Blood Elf.

If you wanna play a High Elf, start asking Blizzard to include 'em.

I used to feel for people who wanted Alliance High Elves; less so since it’s clear how lackluster Blood Elf customization is but they’d still push for themselves at BE player expense.

The jewelry should be gender neutral. We should have tattoos.

Half the people hyping up jewelry like Blood Elves got so much talk out of the side of their mouths and think the guys have it too, something they think because they don’t care to do their research.

Already did. They’re on Horde and playable rn

I point out the facial hair because blood elf players asked for more facial hair, and it’s there. People were even interested in void elf facial hair and I think that’s where they came from. Now it’s so much bologna that no one even brings it up?

And I agree with you to some extent on the post you just made that blood elves should have some more stuff. I think something really distinct like darkfallen and sanlayn is a great idea for a lot of reasons. Scars from the scourge? Sure. Tats like the blood elf on the box art? Sure.

But to say “oh blood elves are meaningless now because void elves got some skin colors” is just bizarre. It’s like me throwing dwarves in the bin because tauren also got feathers etc.

3 options of facial hair was compensation for a second visual theme added to an AR during core race customizations?

Nah, Champ.

That’s like saying an American is a Brit, or a Australian is a Brit.

‘High Elf’ ain’t a species, understand? It’s a political label. You’re just an ‘Elf’, or more specifically a ‘Thalassian Elf’.

There are three primary types of Thalassians; High Elves, Blood Elves, and Void Elves.

You’re playing the second one, Champ.

It’s literally a copy-paste of an entire core race to an allied race with a diametrically oppositional theme. Void elves deserve VOID customization, to distinguish them further from their parent race. Not TO BECOME their parent race.

I didn’t say that. Once more, you asked: “How is skin and hair your identity?” I said that’s all we got. From a physical characteristic, yes. That is all our identity is currently. You are drawing something that I didn’t say from what I said.

Oh? We have the same models?

It’s both a species name and a political affiliation, toots.

Not even the Nightborne have the same models or level of customization. Nor did the AR get better customization during core race customizations than their parent core race

Nope, and Blizzard themselves have said it. Heck, there was even a cinematic about it in Legion.

Woah, they were called out as a faction, incredible

Blizzard themselves said Blood Elves are High Elves.
