I don’t think they will tbh I think he meant only Thalassian elves will be united.
I do want to see night elves rebuild something on Teldrassil. Some sort of big fortress. I miss my city

You talk like you’ve seen the cinematic. We have no idea how he dies or what happens to the city. Could be good or bad. It’s like Varian and Vol’Jin in Legion. Most people seemed to think that was well written, but you wouldn’t know without seeing the cinematic. It’s not fair to call it bad writing when we have no idea what’s written.
