I still think it is far more likely to become a research facility/collage/place of study than a city/township given its location/nature of the original Void Elves as scholars, but I definitely think all those ideas still work with that.

Its called cosmic horizon.

Mmo champ says an island is called equinox reach

Oh this is all very neat news! Took a look at some of the screenshots on the Void Elf Discord, but it doesn’t look like much yet.

Excited to see whats coming.

With that one of our heritage weapons being datamined again I’m curious to see if we’re getting heritage weapons and thats what this is all about.

I’m sure the Void Elves will play some role in the pre-patch stuff leading into the War Within what with Alleria still needing to get her new look and all.
