Indeed, context should be heeded. Without it you are just jumping into a useless arguement that never goes anywhere.

We should not hold it over everyone heads looking for any excuse to bring it up.

Death and light used to have more direct interaction. More when chronicle came out that it was really changed.

This made me laugh harder than I expected it would.

I mean something happening repeatedly to multiple people, and when pointed out flatly denied it happens, and pointing out the irony of it happening isn’t exactly holding it over someones head.

If they didn’t want irony pointed out then they’d have stopped some time ago, you can’t exactly get mad at someone else now for ignoring context when thats your signature move.

And it is someone who seems to be new / doesn’t recognize people in this thread, so if context was ignored it seems to me someone who does this all the time for instance can let one go for someone who probably didn’t do it intentionally.

Also Fenelon is nice he is just taking issue with your mistake with another user in the conversation.

I have never intentionally taken someone’s posts out of context, and I challenge you to show evidence of such. Unlike yours, my posting history is an open book for anyone to go through. But do also take the time to show the occasions where I have admitted I misread someone’s intent and apologized.

But if you’re too busy showing us your charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent, I’ll understand if you can’t find the time for such a fruitless endeavor.

This is pretty much where I’m at as I consider the continuation thread as more of a Blood Elf/Off topic thread now, so it’s probably best left to that, as like you said the thread has outlived the purpose of the original thread.

I would definitely appreciate a dedicated Void Elf thread or even an AR thread like Ellincia made, so that the focus could be on them.

The problem with this though is that they’re really not that well made and people do get fatigued from all of the arguments and tangents that seem to take over, one about inheritance in another thread for example, so it’s not a surprise multiple threads keep coming up.

As per the topic though, while I do support giving Void Elves natural hair colors eventually and certainly don’t mind other people asking for them, I personally don’t feel this is the time.

I myself have shifted my focus towards more Void friendly color assets and of course new hairstyles, which fit the Void theme first and foremost, but could also work with a Quel’dorei aesthetic.

I am also pushing for more minimal, yet highly applicable assets myself as the sky no longer seems to be the limit, so considering the extremely limited scope of nothing, everyone in the community needs to be considered, be it more Void color assets, better Nightborne color assets, those who want a lighter aesthetic for Void Elves, etc.

I’m trying to be a bit more neutral on these matters lately and I most certainly don’t appreciate you dropping my name in such a manner in conversations I’m not even taking part in.

Don’t pretend to referee anything when you clearly favor a side and start mentioning people behind their backs.
