Void Elf Black Eyes

Male void elf eyes now have a ring of black around them. Is this intended or a bug?

Why do void elves now look like they got two black eyes? My poor boy didn’t look like this yesterday https://i.imgur.com/a6wJIaZ.png I thought it might be a face or eye color thing, but there’s no way to get rid of it.
