I can’t complete this quest chain because I haven’t been able to start Slept Like a Rock. I see Khadgar in Dalaran, but there’s no quest for me to pickup. My quest log says, “Talk to Khadgar in Dalaran to set off for Khaz Algar.”
I have completed The Bronzebeard Family and the Harbinger quest chain.

I’m having the same issue. Visions of Azeroth 0/1 needing to speak to Khadgar to set off for Khaz Algar.

Nay. Still on the hunt to figure it out. I did end up popping over to Silithus and there were a handful of quests to do (level 70). I thought that I was on the right track… sadly, dead end. Nothing additional happened. I put in a bug ticket… but unsure if that will do anything since everyone has done the same. /r folks are struggling with the same problem… wish they’d fix it!
WOW…literally and figuratively. I “think” I figured this out, at least for me. I hope it works for you guys.
For Horde, go to Org. Go to the main inn there. Just outside the inn, to the left-hand side, will be a portal to Dalaran. Taking it will portal you to Dalaran in the LEGION expansion. For some reason if you go there via the other portal in Org it will take you to the WotLK Dalaran. I was then able to go and have a chat with Khadgar.
And back behind him are portals for the Memories Past events.

Really starting to feel like they put the quest in our logs just so that we’ll have it for when the xpac drops.

Considering Khaz Algar is the new zone in TWW I think its telling us early to do a quest that is not in yet.
The more I’m seeing, I’m thinking this is probably it.

Agreed. That’s what I’m assuming. Check back on TWW release date.
Probably because its the quest for the next expansion and…it hasn’t released yet.
Its the start of TWW story line. It wont continue until the early/normal release
I’m having the same issue… Blizzard’s answer was so dissapointing it hurts, Blizzard used to have the best customer service and GMs of all time, now the AI gives a generic answer and that’s it.
