So i would post on my lvl 60 retail toon but because forums are bugged out for some reason im stuck to this classic alt.
Anyways trying to unlock mag’har orc race went to orgrimmar embassy picked up vision of time quest to go to zuldazar, go there on my 60 horde dh as thats my only 50+ toon other than a 51 nightborne. Game loads through to dazaralor, eitrigg is present but the chief telomancer oculeth guy is not despite the yellow quest ? showing up after i load in.
I asked in trade chat, someone forwarded me to this page: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/211763 however i cant find out where i need to go for the ‘we need each other’ quest if thats the reason Oculeth isnt present.

felyssie-moon guard, dunno if it matters any but i also just completed HM taurens questline prior to attempting mag’har, had no issues other than finding it abnormally rough, my guess is because mobs were scaled up thanks to chromie times adjustment and or hotfixes to vengeance spec i dunno.
I assume you figured it out, Deathskoll? It looks like you have Echo of Gul’dan in your quest log.

wasn’t easy to understand but apparently after some trial and error, I figured it out at least for what was needed, I logged out after being confused at time of original 1st post, looked around on the linked page and on wowhead then went to ogrimmar, talked to Nathanos up on the riser above ogrimmar front gates and he had the mission statement quest, grabbed that.
followed the line and once I’d done the scenario thingy for breaking talanji out of stockades and again once on stormwind docks I got the cinematics from talanji and the boat ride to dazaralor/zuldazar.
did the follow quest to tour dazalor with her follower npc and once that was done, and placing the banner flag thing out front of Dazar alor the other horde npcs showed up finally including oculeth.
none of this stuff was mentioned in the guides btw both on the vision of time support page and on wowhead at least where I looked.
going to check out the echo of Guldan quest later today.
while we’re on this topic can you tell me while I’m not getting the quest from ji at the org embassy for zandalaris?
The thing that stands out is that you haven’t completed Zandalari Forever!

managed to complete the guldan scenarios and leading into the fights against yrel stand off in gorgrond so was able to fully complete maghar orc unlock for the wolf mount from ji in ogrimmar. thank you for the look into the zandalari troll requirement vrak.
