With today’s reset, my character no longer has the buff which randomizes my dragon riding mount. When looking in my toys, I do not have the toy and it shows I can still buy it. I bought it last week and I knew it was converting to a toy- I didn’t think any action would be necessary.
Are players who already purchased this going to receive the toy?
Yes, they posted that when they change it over to a toy, that the players that had already purchased it would receive the toy.
I also purchased the glyph earlier and did not get the toy. It shows it as not obtained.
Same boat here. Manuscript gone and no toy.
Same also 1HR cooldown? What? Why?
I’m not in game, is it not listed under your dragonriding abilities in your spellbook?
Negative, it’s in the toy box now and is not available unless I purchase it again.
I would start a bug report or move this thread to the bug report forums so QA will know and pass it on.
Yup. The toy is a downgrade in almost every conceivable way. Has a duration for the buff. The buff falls off if you die (maybe other ways, too), so if you lose it, you can’t redo it until the toy comes back off cooldown. The only upside it has over the previous implementation is that it’s account wide. I would rather they had made the previous version account wide instead of adding a worse version as a toy.
Some people were reporting not having the toy earlier at the dig. I am not a huge fan of the toy myself
Same boat here, toy is not available, manuscript is gone, power is gone, and I purchased it last week for the 40 coins…
Yeah this is actually worse than what we had before. It’s a one hour buff, with a one hour cd, that goes away when you die.
Can you please revert this to how it was before, but just enable it for everyone?
If only we had a Dragonriding Talent tree that this could be added too…
The Blizz monkeypaw strikes again!
I can’t fathom how they managed to botch this so badly. All I wanted was for my character to have a little variety during the intermission phases on Tindral and now I can’t even do that with the 1hr cooldown.
Can we please get a fix to the toy to make it a toggle like it was in the spellbook? The original implementation was just fine, just incorporate that into the toy!
Same. No toy. I didn’t use the manuscript after trying it out for a bit, but, since I paid for it, I would like the toy.

I bought the Manuscript of Endless Possibilities last week, but the Vial of Draconic Scales is displaying as uncollected in my Toy Box. 
Exact same thing happened to me, and I am wondering the same thing because I am NOT doing these races all over again to buy it AGAIN.

Update: I logged on to my main today (the one who’d bought the manuscript) and I had a Blizzard mail waiting in my inbox with the toy.
