The quest mentioned that I’ve clear 100% of the mobs in his zone to spawn him. Not spawning. So this is really stopping my progress on this activity.

I failed to clear him on first attempt. Now my character have the 100% mob clear upon entering the zone but no boss. Not sure of any way of clearing him.

Same problem here, can clear everything else from the vision but cant finish valley of wisdom because of this. 5 times in a row for me…

Same issue here, I tough it was just a “random” bug, but after 10+ tries using diff routes I can confirm this boss still not spawing

Just testing things out. I was able to complete an one mask run on a different character. Right now my main character will automatically have the 100% complete upon entering the zone. Is there a way to clear this?
Doing it on zero mask does not fix the problem. Killing Thrall does not fix the problem.

Also having this exact problem, seems like I’ve permanently bugged my char somehow. Always 100%, vez’okk never spawns. Have tried different masks, no masks, etc.

Same here. Broke my 5-mask run. Went back in again, now I’m just stuck with the objective completed before I do anything in that area, but the Vez’okk won’t spawn.
Angry rant: Glad I got rexxar down first just for blizzard to decide that the expansions we buy, the subscriptions we pay, and the myriad other services we buy from them only warrant us recycled, broken content that they’ll never fix fully so we have to keep coming back so they can boost “engagement” and we can never get subscriber figures again.
same issue here. amazing how bad blizzard is at coding their game. maybe its time to replace the coders with ai, probably have less issues

I am also having this issue after having died to Vez’okk on a 5 mask.

Just had the same thing happen to me on my 8 mask, he was the last side boss I needed, cleared the zone and he didn’t spawn. Big fun

Same issue here, I have done multiple 5+ Mask runs and the same issue each time.
I tried logging off and a restart, No change

Same here, logged off, restarted, restarted computer, logged back in, still at 100% completion.
A guildie had this issue last week in stormwind for the dwarven district. He was 8/8 bombs, but the detonator wouldn’t spawn. We did a follow-up run with him in the group not doing anything, and we were able to complete the zone, and I it might have reset that for him. Will try the same thing in org with a group and see what happens. I’ll report back soon!
No spawning, no zone completion, no black blood for the quest. Had to farm 8 the hard way because I could only get them from Rexxar.

UPDATE: If you group with another person and have them do the zone until Vez’okk, it will work. Despawned my pets, didn’t fight anything, my rogue buddy did the zone, but i helped him kill Vez’okk when he spawned. I haven’t checked to see if that cleared it for me, but I would imagine it does. I got credit for the kill and we completed the 5 zones.
got to do a few clears today, at least the four I needed for the epic corruption quest, but last 3-4 tries, he’s not popping up.
Have you confirmed if it cleared it for you solo?
Just tried that with a friend. I sat at the starting zone not moving. As soon as she enters the Valley of Wisdom, I got the 100% zone mob complete, which means I cannot summon the boss. And she’s the lead of the group.
Having the same issue bug only started after I had to go afk the first time he spawned.
