Vessel of horrific vision

I was in a horrific vision when the rolling reset today happened. I was given no advanced warning and I essentially wasted a vessel since it is impossible to finish a 5 mask in 15 minutes. I was midway through the first area in Stormwind of a 5 mask when the reset was scheduled to happen. I would like to receive another vessel to replace the vessel that was wasted.

I am sorry, CS will not be able to refund your vessel.

Sorry, but Blizz made it clear that vessels ain’t refunded for things like resets or disconnects.

Game Masters can not refund vessels if you disconnect from any reason.

Considering this is a non scheduled reset, this is Extenuating circumstances. It was not a disconnect. It was a reset that was unnanounced.

It would be a change that development would have to make, to send out a vessel to all players, but it might not happen even in unplanned events, as it could possibly be exploited… CS will not be able to one at a time refund though.

Blizz made it clear that they won’t refund vessels under any reason, by that from error issues, act of god and the like. This isn’t the first time this request or event had happened and Blizz didn’t gave vessels.

Completely agree. I worked for at least 30 minutes to get my vessel and then additional time clearing 3/4 of the instance. Get kicked out for nothing that I could control and had no advanced notice… Not mad but its very frustrating. Blizz should do something to compensate. If not giving us a vessel, refund the currency to buy them, this cant be hard.

Are you Blizzard? why are you telling me they won’t do something when you have no idea what they will do?

They should be able to refund the currency though.

It can be if they don’t have the tools and the policy to allow it.

I’m not sure where you are getting your info. refunding a vessel or the currency used to buy them would not be hard to do.

We understand that losing connection to the game for any reason is frustrating but Game Masters will not replace used vessels or the currency used to purchase them.

So you reset the game, to fix issues I wasn’t having, just to give me an issue i now have and then saying you won’t do anything about screwing me over?

A critical issue needed to be corrected, regardless of whether you were specifically impacted. I’m sorry that this disrupted your play experience though. These types of restarts are never done without first taking into consideration the overall impact it will have on the players and whether the issue being fixed is severe enough to merit it.

I’m going to go ahead and lock this topic since the answer has been provided. I don’t want the discussion to become confused with any other reports about the current issues.

Dont close my post with some comment. I can’t believe the response to an issue that BLIZZARD CAUSED is “sorry ur SOL”. I pay for this game. If something happens to me, like an un-scheduled reset caused me to waste a horrific vessel, wasting my time, and therefore money. It is the appropriate response to fix said issue. Refund my item. I didn’t disconnect, I was booted out with no advanced notice causing me to waste my time and pushing me back from being able to update my cloak.

How bout you man up Blizz and take accountability for your actions. Tell me you’re sorry this happend, refund my item, and we go about our days. It’s not a hard business model. The customer is always right. It’s been that way since I can remember.

Botom line is there not gona refund it you want to change there mind post in general where there gona see it posting here does nothing.
