picked up a quest called tower of the damned. gained access to Torghast and i can see the yellow question mark to complete the quest. No NPC is showing up to actually complete. I have turned off all add ons and re-loaded the game. Any help to complete this quest line?
Do you recall when you originally picked this quest up and from where, Docere? It looks like you have Torghast unlocked, so I’m not sure why you would still have that quest.
It’s possible one of the account-wide unlocks for Torghast may have made the quest you currently have unneeded.

Sorry i do not recall when i picked it up. This is my first character to make it into Torghast. Now i have also picked up the quest " a damned pact and cannot turn that one in either. The toon in question is Flackyou if that helps?
What is preventing you? From what I can see Ve’nari is in Ve’nari’s Refuge with a question mark over her head for you to turn in “A Damned Pact”.
Try finishing up those quests for your Night Fae campaign and see if that changes the phase in the tower for Ve’nish to appear.
