When my vengeance Demon Hunter is inside of an active mythic plus dungeon, he does not show any casting animations.
For example, when I cast my mount, my DH just stands there until the cast has finished and mounts up.
Another example is using my hearthstone at the end of the dungeon, there is no hearthstone casting animation.
This issue has been persisting since dragonflight season 3.
yes i have reset the wow UI many times since dragonflight season 3.
i have even switched computers a couple of times (completely re-installing wow), the issue still persists…
This has been a bug since BfA. I stopped holding my breath that it will be fixed.
i never noticed it during shadowlands or Dragonflight season 1 and 2.
I’ve been maining DH since Legion, and I have noticed more times than I can remember. I just got used to not seeing my hearthstone animation lol. It happens after you enter Meta, no casting animations after that, until you reload or log out and in.
This is the correct answer, OP. Metamorphosis seems to trigger an animation-breaking bug and nothing short of rebooting your game/relogging will fix it. Has indeed been happening since BFA at the very least, and no amount of troubleshooting will fix it as it’s not on your client’s side.
