When my vengeance demon Hunter is in a dungeon, he does not make any animations when casting his mount or hearthstone.
This issue first started happening in dragonflight season 3 and still persists.
Same here. It’s been a bug since Before launch of War Within.

this issue is still occurring as of today 10-20-2024.
whenever i am inside an instance on my vengeance Demon Hunter, the vengeance demon hunter does not make any casting animations for hearthstones or mounts.
this has occurred to me in raids, normal dungeons, heroic dungeons, mythic zero dungeons and mythic plus dungeons as well as delves.
this issue does not occur on the same Demon Hunter when he is specced as Havoc - it only occurs when my demon hunter is vengeance.

It happens when you use Spirit Bomb and then Fel Devastation right after.
It’s easy to reproduce this bug 100% of the time doing this. It only goes away after going through a full loading screen (or relogging).
i noticed this happened as havoc to me as well a couple times a few days ago.
Still happening. On the 11.2 PTR too.
Yeah it’s still happening on the current 11.1.7 live realms as well.
