Vengeance Dagger

I’ve had a problem with Transmog’ the Vengeance dagger. It will show that it’s on
but when I click Apply I get an odd noise and it doesn’t take any gold and it doesn’t apply the skin.

I also checked to see if possibly Fear would work and it’s gone. When I type in “Fear” I get the Vengeance skin. I had both when I completed the quest.
Or I thought I did. I’m not to concerned about the Fear skin since it apparently looks like the Vengeance one.

I had trouble with Legion artifacts but those are now working ok. Just can’t get Vengeance to work.

I wasn’t sure if it’s a known problem or if the Vengeance skin isn’t supposed to work even though it’s in the dagger list.

Guess it’s 2 questions in one… What happened to the Fear skin (minor problem)
and why doesn’t the Vengeance skin work. I did search but came up empty.
