Ven'ari rep store borked?

I just hit Cordial - my reputation tab says so but I can’t buy things from Ven’ari that says, “Needs Cordial or higher”. I’m reading it right but does the game think I need “Higher than Cordial”?

Venari Cordial bug

Afternoon All, Wondering if this is a bug or not currently, I’m currently sitting at 1650 reputation into Coridal with Venari but I am unable to purchase any of the ‘Cordial’ upgrade. I have more than enough Stygia for all of them.

Seems you are not alone.

It’s always a good idea to check the bug forum, see if there are any reports on something that isn’t working for you. You might want to add a comment to the above post there just to add to the list of people.

All I had to do was exit the Maw, relog, and than ve’nari would let me purchase cordial items

Question:

Are you already Cordial or higher on another toon that has already bought the permanent items?
Perma-buffs from Venari are account-wide.

Arith: I left the Maw and went back in but didn’t relog. Will try that.
