Afternoon All,
Wondering if this is a bug or not currently, I’m currently sitting at 1650 reputation into Coridal with Venari but I am unable to purchase any of the ‘Cordial’ upgrade. I have more than enough Stygia for all of them.
I too have the bug, i am max rep with Venari and i can’t buy anyting from her expect for making a socket in a piece of gear, i have had max rep for months now.
everything says it’s locked even tho i too have the stygia to buy

Having the same issues here, just got to Cordial myself and looked at her vendor options. She’s still got Cordial items as red and are unavailable to buy, even though it says I’m Cordial with her on her rep bar. More than enough stygia for them as well. Reloading didn’t help at all.
What the hell blizzard? The very first post was made 7 days ago, and a weekly maintenance literally just finished today. Clearly, someone over there can (or cannot) explain this. I too am having the same issue and wondering if its bugged.

Fixed the issue on my end. All I had to do was exit the Maw, relog, and than ve’nari would let me purchase cordial items

I had this same issue but followed the fix mentioned and it worked.
I logged in today pre-cordial rep with venari, did her quests to get to cordial, and was locked out of the vendor items still. I proceeded to leave the maw via waystone, logged out in oribos, logged back in, re-entered the maw, and all the items were unlocked.
The rep-locking bug seems pretty widespread but at least jumping in and out of the area works fine. (I did not extensively test other fixes, but I did enter Torghast before returning to venari and that did not work)

Adding me to the list of disgruntled shoppers.
Just ran into this issue. Leaving the Maw and going to Oribos, relogging, and then returning to the Maw as instructed by earlier posters resolved it, but still a very inconvenient bug overall.
Zoning to Torghast will not count as leaving the Maw because it is still part of the Maw zone.
This is still happening. Amazing quality control. Glad someone else here playtested and found a working answer.
Still happening, about to log back in and see if I can purchase the Cordial rep items
