There is nothing working incorrectly and nothing to change.
Voa is NOT there for a constant source of gear. It’s made to be a bonus to those that hold wg. It was always just a bonus and why they made it so hard to get an upgrade from there. Voa is mainly there for extra badges and a small chance at a upgrade. If you want the items do the “real” raids they drop in and you will have good odds to see one.
Happens all the time. A week ago, it was 4 Hunter drops for us and one extremely undergeared and very happy Hunter.

Can confirm it’s not messed up. Seen 3 DK items drop. It is just RNG.
i mean i know its rng but if it was me who designed this i would have certainly put a loot rule of max 1 drop per class in respect of everyone’s time, specially if its common sense to make a raid as diverse as it can get.
Naxx should drop my weapons. Respect my time and whatnot
i mean honestly, id like if any item i thought about just appeared in my inventory, maybe blizzard can work on that. its what i would have done.

Yes. Retail mog hunters know this well. you can get runs in raids where say for example damn near no plate drops for your plate class run. you run these 100 times you see some wonky as hell hits in the loot. and its pretty informative as you see all loot.
VoA since smaller jsut makes it more likely than say boss loaded ulduar. Ulduar has enough bosses plate ahs to drop at some point for you.
We had 4 mage items drop and 1 mage in the group. Two different items cause it was double duplicate, rofl.
I got the tanking chest on my unholy DK when I don’t even tank. I wish another DK had been there so I could have given it to them.
