Oh you can very much multi-pull in follower dungeons…its just you gotta make sure your wearing thr right kind of pants. I wear my brown ones cuz nothing makes me feel more alive then Blizz AI desperately trying to keep my 521 ilv mage alive while my arcane orb pulls entire rooms and i teter between 100% and 3% life in rapid fire succession. Its actually amusing how far the followers will go to keep you alive, they can even break the game pulled 2 whole rooms to see if i could and got back to back heroisms it was fantastic
If there’s one thing they forgot to mention, its the weathered crests you get at the end of every heroic dungeon. Between 70ish valorstones, chance at 571 gear, and 10 crests, its more than enough for a heroic. For normal, you get 554 gear which can’t be upgraded and you still get some valorstones around 40ish.
Now for valorstones for not enough being given in dungeons to really upgrade loot, we haven’t even done any weeklies besides the do 3-4 WQs and then do the major WQ in Dorn and Ringing Deeps. We don’t know how much those are going to drop at all. This game isn’t meant to be the bested geared unless you’re very sweaty by the first day or week.

No, I’m saying the main source of valorstones isn’t out yet.
Valorstones are a part of the progression path. They are not a progression path themselves.
You’re supposed to upgrade pieces through drops and crafting as well as using stones. You aren’t expected or supposed to upgrade all of your gear from 1/8 to 8/8 with stones before you replace them.
The rate you acquire them is really not even able to be determined if it’s good or bad yet, we don’t have all the content that we will have access to. Between weekly quests, mythics, raids, we just simply do not have the full picture.
Currently I think it’s fine, upgrade big pieces like weapons and trinkets, or upgrade your weakest pieces to catch them up, there’s no rush to be 8/8 full upgrade 4 days into the expansion.

how about they just get rid of valorstones entirely? wth purpose do they even serve? just let us upgrade gear with crests…the stones requirement is just annoying.

Valorstones are an issue just like flightstones the amount required vs what you get is pretty rough. I agree they serve no purpose we have crest, crest are fine or increase the amount of valorstones you get from all sources by 100% nothing worse then having to run another dungeon because you do not have enough valorstones to upgrade your gear, and not to mention needing alot once you get into the higher ilvls of the game
Not to be that guy, but it seems like after you upgrade your weapons; valorstones are kind of a waste of time atm.
You need them for your Spark and to upgrade gear just to avoid capping Weathered Crests.
