The new Conquest buff is account wide (even if it wasn’t working properly). One of the only pros to the initial Pagle transfer was that all my alts would be consolidated on one server finally. As far as I can tell the new connected realms aren’t treated as one realm in this case which means my Ra-Den priest who is valor capped won’t give a buff to my Lei Shen Druid. Unless this is how it does work and its just bugged out like the Conquest buff.
