Valdrakken portal for my alts

I’ve submitted several tickets which vanished without response and posted on the forums about this a few times now without effect. Why aren’t my alts able to use the portal to Valdrakken from Orgrimmar? My main has completed the necessary quests and when that didn’t unlock it I completed the quests on other alts which can now use the portal as well but my other level 80 alts cannot. Can I please get some help on this?

If you received a ticket number, then the only time a ticket can ‘disappear’ is if it’s merged with another similar ticket you have open. Otherwise, tickets cannot be closed without a reply from a GM.

“You don’t have any active tickets. If you’re looking for an old ticket, check your archived tickets.” and before you ask they aren’t in the archived tickets either

Then they were not properly/fully created unfortunately.

Ticket or no I don’t understand why I can’t get any response to why my alts have no portal to Valdrakken.

EDIT: For the record I attempted to submit another ticket into this issue and was auto thanked for my submission and there is still no ticket. Around and around I go.

I believe you’re putting in bug reports, if there’s no history of a ticket as noted. Bug reports are not strictly tickets, are not taken by gm staff.

Unless you are referring to a different account, Hizeye, the only ticket I see on this Battle.net account was an Item Restoration request, which used the self-help option nearly 2 months ago. No tickets have been submitted.

Are you certain you submit a ticket? I would agree with Kozzae, it sounds like you submit a bug report. Did you receive a Ticket ID?

Moving on from that…

Which character are you considering your main? You have several level 80 characters.

If you are referring to Hizeye, it doesn’t appear that you completed the necessary quests. You are close, but you didn’t complete the quest line up to “Moving On”. You appear to have left off with A Message Most Dire being the last quest you completed. The next quests in the chain being Nowhere to Hide and Eyes and Ears.

Thank you I figured it had to be something like that. You can ignore the latest post I uploaded on this issue. As for the ticket situation, I tried to submit tickets both in game and online but I eventually get an automated thank you window and no ticket has been created. Kind of frustrating but as you can tell I don’t submit tickets often and am not too worried about it now that I know how to work with the problem at hand. Once again thank you I’ll get to those quests right away.
