Because bugs happen. It was changed to an entirely different model. The Greatsword does share a base rig with other swords. But again, it may also have been a quick “fix” because of how bad the pixelation looked and they plan on fixing it like they did Taivan.

thats a completely seperate issue. and its likely at this point with warbands and crossrealm guilds. that the issue is technalogically INCAPABLE of being fixed.
Because we all totally need a Discord server to have independent thoughts and think for ourselves.

Never said it was the same thing except in regard to Blizzard not fixing stuff EVEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY’RE GOING TO FIX IT.
In regard to this particular thread, I told the OP he’s tilting at windmills. But it’s no crime to make a thread complaining about something, and I’m not sure why so many people act like it is.

If that’s indeed the case, that they pulled it temporarily to fix something, or that the change was unintended, the response should have been, “Hey, sorry you’re experiencing this issue, we’ll have someone take a look at it.” Then follow up accordingly. It very much shouldn’t be something to the effect of, “Sorry, tough luck.” I’m not even in customer service and I know that. Which begets my cynicism and general disdain for big business.
